Telavox

Being on hold is never fun. In fact, nothing with waiting and phones can be considered enjoyable. Yet, we still seem to face this way too often. So we wanted to show this ancient technology in all its glory – and tell you there’s a better way. And that way is spelled Telavox.

With our communication concept “Din plats I kön” (“Your place in line”) we wanted to convey the on hold feeling. Exaggerated, yes, but also completely in line with how most of us perceive it. Long, boring and definitely infuriating. Through an evoking comic book style and an almost never ending zoom-in you get instant recognition – and a wish for a something that works better.
